Susan McInnes, CPA, CGA

On November 1, 2015, Susan became the owner of Reynen Business Services Ltd., and with new ownership came a new name, S. McInnes & Associates Ltd., and a additional location in Ladysmith, BC.
Susan has worked in public practice for over 19 years. Susan obtained her Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation in 2014 and has an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree from Laurentian University.
Susan enjoys spending time with family as well as training/ participating in dragon boat races.

Steve Crompton, CPA, CFP
Steve joined the S. McInnes & Associates Ltd. team in 2025.
Steve has worked in public practice since 1996. He obtained his Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation in 2018 and his Certified Financial Planner (CFP) certification in 2014.
Steve’s favourite activity is to spend time with his wife and four kids. His second favourite activity is to volunteer with a local youth organization in his home town of Parksville.

Max Panchyshyn
Max joined the S McInnes & Associates Ltd. team in May 2021.
Max is a bookkeeper and personal tax preparer; he is working towards his Certified Professional Bookkeeper designation.
Max enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 boys when not in the office.
